  I put in three years,
  Horrible supervision, favoritism, HR is not for the workers but only the company, needs a union, the only way to get a decent promotion is if your part of the inner circle, the common direct employee is nothing more then disposable, they work you to death with unrealistic hourly production goals. Salary employees are always put before the hourly direct employee. Company does not share profits. Very hostile work environment. Very unprofessional.
  The best part about the job is the other hourly employees that are on the same level of the Totem pole as you are. HR clams to have an open door policy, but you can't help to feel that your constantly being judged as if your digging your own grave. People that are above make sure you know it and rub it in your face.
