  Warm and friendly receptionist and dental hygienist. Dr. Malouf has to fill three cavities for me. I am an anxious patient. However, he made me feel at ease. This was a pain free experience from start to finish! I am so happy I was referred to this office.

  Fantastic practice.
  
  From their front office to the tech to Dr. Malouf, every person was incredibly friendly and helpful.
  
  I was informed of my cost before any procedure, the technician did a great job informing me of my issues and discussing what's to be done, and the Dr. very specifically went over further options.
  
  I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years and I left MFD without residual pain and fantastically clean teeth. Highly, highly recommend.

  I switched my family to Malouf Family Dentistry and I am so glad I did! I called in on a Friday and was able to get a new patient appointment for my 10 year old on Monday! My concern was an adult tooth that was growing in and causing pain because the baby tooth wasn't coming loose.
  
  My daughter was very nervous, as most kids tend to be when the dentist is involved. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, putting her at ease. The receptionist was very kind and again, there was no waiting. We filled out a few new patient forms and my daughter went straight back with the hygienist for her x-rays and cleaning. Minimal wait times are appreciated when an anxious child is involved!
  
  After her cleaning, she saw Dr. Malouf. After her exam, Dr Malouf called me back to explain what needed to be done (baby tooth pulled) and that he would be able to do it with a topical anesthetic - and as he kindly put it 'no s-word (shots) required'. His avoidance of a word that he knew would cause a child fear was charming and thoughtful. His explanation of the process was thorough and phrased in a way to keep my daughter calm and relaxed.
  
  When he was done, he called me back again to discuss follow up care and to make sure neither my daughter or I had any questions. His emphasis was on keeping my daughter comfortable and making sure I knew what to do if she was feeling any pain. When she was done, she was able to choose a prize and left the office happy.
  
  At first glance, the office does not appear to cater to children. I can assure you that the staff is kind, caring and compassionate. I can't recommend Dr. Malouf and his staff enough, they were wonderful! As my daughter put it "two, thumbs up!".
